10 Photos: They lived it up at the Day of the Dead benefit in Patchogue

Over 80 people partied outside in Patchogue Saturday night for a good cause — raising money for the continued upkeep of the Lakeview Cemetery.

The dinner gala next to the graveyard — which featured food from Toros Tapas & Tequila — borrowed from the traditions of honoring the dead through the Dia de los Muertos holiday, which is celebrated in Mexico and other Latin American countries on Nov. 1 and Nov. 2 each year.

Brickhouse Brewery provided the beer and Subzero Ice Cream came with dessert.

Scroll down for 10 photos from the gala, which was on the grounds of the Patchogue YMCA.
