Watch: Patchogue’s 23-foot-high Roe Walkway archway goes up in 55 seconds

Photographer and filmmaker Benny Migliorino of Benny Migs Photo spent three days out in Patchogue Village last month capturing these images of the new Roe Walkway archway going up.

The village’s Community Development Agency, led by executive director Marian Russo, initiated and spearheaded the entire Roe Walkway rehabilitation project.

The 23-foot high arch greets visitors as they walk between Patchogue-Medford Library and the Long Island Pulse Magazine building from the parking lots south of Main Street.

The archway was built and designed by Spirit Ironworks of Bayport.
